Anya was handling the property we purchased and clearly she showed us that the customer is always coming first. Her courtesy and responsiveness to respond to many of our emails, phone calls etc. is placing her second to none. Anya handled the sale for us amazingly (top of the chain) while also chasing everybody else from below the chain - to achieve completion before the updated stamp duty. She had the feeling of urgency which makes the difference and understood the situation from the very beginning. Anya you are a superstar and you went above and beyond! Bravo!

During the stressful moments Alexander's was always there when i needed them for reassurance and advice. Having not moving house for over 20 years i forgot how emotional and stressful it was. Nothing was ever too much for them and they often chased things up for me and kept me well informed. Molly is fantastic and will do everything she can to help with any problems or issues you may have and chased things up where ever possible. The whole team is fantastic. At the beginning when i first asked different estate agents to value my property they all seemed to be at a loss as to what to value my property at. Alexander's knew exactly what they was talking about and gave me a full explanation how they valued the property and they was very professional and their valuation was bang on the dot. My property was sold very quickly and in fact i had a choice of people that i could sell it to. Now that we have moved into our new house and starting to settle we are as happy as bunnies. Obviously Alexander's are a business who needs to earn money, however compared to other estate agents out there they are worth every penny and in my opinion far more professional and caring. If you want a realistic valuation from a company that you can absolutely trust 100 percent. If you want a company that cares and goes the extra mile to to help and reassure you whenever possible then Alexander's estate agents is who i would definitely highly recommend.
