John Alexander
Chairman
John Alexander has practiced in the property industry for over 40 years.
He was made the youngest partner in the well-known local firm of Frank Innes, integral to their rapid expansion culminating in the sale to Lloyds Bank in 1983. Following this John developed a very successful local business as a Chartered Surveyor. John would like to send all his past clients and customers a warm thank you and hello. He looks forward to meeting up again and providing a service well known to those who have done business with him before.

Jane Alexander
Director
Jane Alexander has a wealth of experience in professional sales, having previously worked in local estate agency and in the 1990s heading up a highly successful sales team in telecommunications for Project Telecom in the city of London.
She is an extremely valued negotiator with a hands on approach, quickly understanding vendor and purchaser requirements. Jane is a mother of five, she loves antiques, pictures, interior design and when not doing deals for the firm is happiest attending fine art auctions.

James Kirk
Managing Director
James Kirk brings 26 years of experience having enjoyed significant success with Countrywide, Foxtons, Humbert’s, Savills and his own sales consultancy Kirk Estates.
James is extremely fortunate to have worked under and mentored by a handful of the most successful and well respected agents in the UK who are renowned for delivering the ultimate value to their clients through unrivalled personal service based on absolute commitment, expert knowledge, passion and attention to detail. James is proud to have negotiated over £2 billion in completed sales, within Residential Agency, Investment, Development and New Homes Sales. In addition to his passion for shooting, fishing and his beloved working spaniels James is a motorsport fanatic having raced karts from an early age and more recently competing in Formula A the class where the majority of successful current F1 drivers ( and World Champions ) honed their skills. With Formula One being the pinnacle of motorsport it is also where the ultimate team succeeds and reflects how working ‘as one’ with focused management and clear objectives allows anything to be possible. James’ vision for Alexanders is simple, to lead the very best independent estate agency firm across the East Midlands ensuring both ultimate service and results for every vendor client to receive the very best value. His objective is to create a superb work environment for every team member through strong but fair management and to empower on an individual basis at the same time as ensuring the team function as a unit and complement one another at all times.

Harry Flower
Sales Director
Harry has been an integral part of the success of Alexanders across the broader East Midlands region and a senior member of the team since joining in the summer of 2017.
Originally from Brighton, he started his agency career in Sussex back in 2013 where he was approached by a reputable independent estate agent headed by a hugely influential London agent back in the 1990’s – 2000’s. His commitment, passion and consistent drive to overachieve both on a personal level and for clients he represents has seen him progress deservedly through the company with his most recent appointment to Sales Director across all four offices in 2022. As an accomplished valuer and manager, his passion for high quality service, attention to detail and exceptional communication skills will ensure his sales team continue to thrive across the East Midlands. Harry currently resides in the Hinckley and Bosworth area with his fiancé and young family, in his downtime enjoy meals out at local eateries and enjoys weekends away with family and friends.

Molly Mcbride
Sales Manager
Molly started her career in the property industry in 2020 and after brokering in Leicester City Centre, Molly approached Alexanders to join our team as a Sales Negotiator.
After several achievements at Alexanders, and recently having some time away to travel Sri Lanka, Philippines, Shanghai, and Japan, she has now returned as our newly appointed Sales Manager. Molly takes huge pride in her client care, going the extra mile and has a growing love for building relationships and finding family’s their perfect home. In her spare time, Molly enjoys going to the gym, coffee and walks in the countryside, and has discovered a new love for baking!

Hayden King
Senior Sales Negotiator/Valuer
Hayden has joined Alexanders following four successful years in the Staffordshire property market, where he held the position of Sales Manager at Tamworth’s leading estate agency.
With a proven track record and a drive to explore new markets and challenges, Hayden brings both experience and energy to the Alexanders team. His passion for property is deeply rooted in a long-standing interest in architecture, strengthened by academic qualifications in art, physics, and mathematics. This foundation fuels his keen eye for detail and appreciation for the unique qualities that transform a house into a home. Outside of work, Hayden enjoys teeing off on the golf course, playing guitar, and socialising with friends over drinks. Now part of the quality-driven team at Alexanders, he’s eager to channel his commitment, enthusiasm, and expertise into helping clients make their next move with confidence.

Anya Hudson
Senior Sales Negotiator
Originally from Belarus Anya came to the UK to study for a Degree in Economics and Tourism and stayed, she still enjoys expanding her knowledge travelling with her husband and three children throughout the UK. E
asy going and loves meeting people and working as part of a team, her love of baking also means treats in the office at the beginning of the week. She lives with her family in the Leicestershire countryside and loves nothing more than walking and being able to exercise outdoors, a keen swimming fan she is also involved in her local swimming club.

Louise Underwood
Sales Negotiator
Since leaving college Louise has been in public facing roles, through which she has adopted a warm and welcoming demeanour.
As a kind, caring and nurturing individual, she has a passion for helping others and a willingness to succeed. Louise has always had a passion for property and aspired to become an estate agent from a young age. With the team at Alexanders, she is well on her way to making that aspiration a reality. Outside of work, you will find Louise either at the theatre enjoying a variety of different musicals and shows or in her home baking a collection of delicious sweet treats.

Stephanie Souter
Administrator
Stephanie is excited to join the Alexanders team after spending 10 years in various roles with Royal Mail. Bringing a fresh perspective to the administrative side of the business, she is dedicated to supporting the team and ensuring smooth operations.
With a strong customer focus, Stephanie strives to meet clients’ needs with efficiency and care. Outside of work, she is a true homebody who enjoys spending quality time with her son, often over a board game. A creative spirit, Stephanie loves exploring a variety of crafts, from sewing to woodwork and everything in between..
