John Alexander
Chairman
John Alexander has practiced in the property industry for over 40 years.
He was made the youngest partner in the well-known local firm of Frank Innes, integral to their rapid expansion culminating in the sale to Lloyds Bank in 1983. Following this John developed a very successful local business as a Chartered Surveyor. John would like to send all his past clients and customers a warm thank you and hello. He looks forward to meeting up again and providing a service well known to those who have done business with him before.
Jane Alexander
Director
Jane Alexander has a wealth of experience in professional sales, having previously worked in local estate agency and in the 1990s heading up a highly successful sales team in telecommunications for Project Telecom in the city of London.
She is an extremely valued negotiator with a hands on approach, quickly understanding vendor and purchaser requirements. Jane is a mother of five, she loves antiques, pictures, interior design and when not doing deals for the firm is happiest attending fine art auctions.

Emily began her career in 2017 as a Sales Negotiator, based in the Bedfordshire area, working for a well respected agent, specialising in town and country homes. In 2018, she made the move to the Midlands, where she continued to gain further experience in the property industry at Alexanders.
Over the past few years, she has worked with a reputable nationwide firm, gaining valuable experience and specialising in complex rural properties. With a broad spectrum of experience across the property market, Emily brings a well-rounded and in-depth understanding to her role.
Emily returned to Alexanders in September 2025 as a Senior Property Consultant, having previously been part of the team for nearly four years.
She is a driven, personable professional who prides herself on delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with clients. Emily is excited to return to Alexanders and contribute her expertise to the continued success of the team.
In her spare time, Emily enjoys spending quality time with her young family, getting outdoors in nature, and exploring local coffee shops.
Molly Mcbride
Sales Manager
Molly began her career in the property industry in 2020, gaining valuable experience brokering in Leicester City Centre before joining Alexanders as a Sales Negotiator. Through consistent performance, leadership capability, and a strong commitment to client service, she achieved significant success within the business and has since been appointed Sales Manager across all four branches.
Molly is highly dedicated to delivering outstanding results for her clients, taking a proactive and detail-oriented approach to every transaction. She plays an active role in supporting and developing the wider team, contributing to performance growth and high service standards. She prides herself on building strong professional relationships and guiding buyers and sellers through the process with confidence and integrity, always focused on achieving the best possible results.
Elliot Blakeman (MNAEA)
Sales Consultant
Elliot represents a new generation within the industry and is widely regarded as one of the rising professionals shaping the future of estate agency across the East Midlands. He is a qualified member of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA), specialising in residential property across Melton Mowbray, Loughborough, the Charnwood Forest and the surrounding villages.
After starting his career in estate agency at just 16 years old, nearly a decase in Elliot has developed strong local connections and a deep understanding of these communities and their property markets. His knowledge of local buyers, village lifestyles and property values enables him to offer clear, reliable advice that clients trust when making some of life’s biggest decisions. Elliot is particularly recognised for his ability as a trusted valuer, focusing on providing accurate market guidance, honest conversations and practical strategies that help clients achieve the best possible outcome for their property.
Outside of work, Elliot enjoys staying active in the gym and has a keen interest in watches. He also previously co-founded a Division 1 basketball team with a close friend who now coaches. These experiences reflect the same values Elliot brings to his career: ambition, discipline and a commitment to continuous growth.
Anya Hudson
Senior Sales Negotiator
Originally from Belarus Anya came to the UK to study for a Degree in Economics and Tourism and stayed, she still enjoys expanding her knowledge travelling with her husband and three children throughout the UK.
Easy going and loves meeting people and working as part of a team, her love of baking also means treats in the office at the beginning of the week. She lives with her family in the Leicestershire countryside and loves nothing more than walking and being able to exercise outdoors, a keen swimming fan she is also involved in her local swimming club.
Hayden King
Sales Consultant
Hayden has joined Alexanders following four successful years in the Staffordshire property market, where he held the position of Sales Manager at Tamworth’s leading estate agency.
With a proven track record and a drive to explore new markets and challenges, Hayden brings both experience and energy to the Alexanders team. His passion for property is deeply rooted in a long-standing interest in architecture, strengthened by academic qualifications in art, physics, and mathematics. This foundation fuels his keen eye for detail and appreciation for the unique qualities that transform a house into a home. Outside of work, Hayden enjoys teeing off on the golf course, playing guitar, and socialising with friends over drinks. Now part of the quality-driven team at Alexanders, he’s eager to channel his commitment, enthusiasm, and expertise into helping clients make their next move with confidence.
Louise Underwood
Sales Negotiator
Since leaving college Louise has been in public facing roles, through which she has adopted a warm and welcoming demeanour.
As a kind, caring and nurturing individual, she has a passion for helping others and a willingness to succeed. Louise has always had a passion for property and aspired to become an estate agent from a young age. With the team at Alexanders, she is well on her way to making that aspiration a reality. Outside of work, you will find Louise either at the theatre enjoying a variety of different musicals and shows or in her home baking a collection of delicious sweet treats.

Stephanie is excited to join the Alexanders team after spending 10 years in various roles with Royal Mail. Bringing a fresh perspective to the administrative side of the business, she is dedicated to supporting the team and ensuring smooth operations.
With a strong customer focus, Stephanie strives to meet clients’ needs with efficiency and care. Outside of work, she is a true homebody who enjoys spending quality time with her son, often over a board game. A creative spirit, Stephanie loves exploring a variety of crafts, from sewing to woodwork and everything in between..
